Who is it for: The course is suitable for those who have recently started studying ballet, and want to continue to deepen and improve their technique,  and and for graduates of beginner ballet courses in “hakvutz”

Information about the course:

In classical ballet technique, we return again and again to the basics, and from them we progress to complex elements, musicality, agility and precision in movement.
A summer course that takes place once a week in a two-hour class, in a closed and supportive group, with a professional teacher full of personal attention.
The classes are held in the format of a classical ballet class, starting on the barre and then moving on to work in the center (adaj), from the corner, jumps and turns (pirouettes). In addition, there is an emphasis on strengthening the core muscles and flexibility that are essential for posture. In the annual course, we will work from week to week and deepen our familiarity with the basics of practice, learn to follow longer and more complex sequences than in basic learning, work on coordination between hands and feet, learn to perform turns and rotations, jumps, transitions between legs, and more. We will strengthen the foot and the entire leg, strengthen the center of the body, develop coordination, and work on our musicality.
