Who is it for: This course for graduates of introductory contact improvisation courses and our programs. It’s or similar programs, who want to deepen their practice, connect with other experienced dancers, and become part of a group.
Course Information:
The course is intended for those who have been practicing contact for a while and want to delve deeper into the technique and its unique qualities. In the course we will practice and learn more complex options for playing with weight, lifts, semi-acrobatic options, and also dive into the dialogic qualities of contact, within a regular group that will constitute an enriching space for learning. The course will be taught by Liat Barkan and two guest teachers.
